Does 7thdimension.world ship internationally?

7thdimension.world offers international shipping across the world! For more details please refer to the Shipping Information.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Standard processing time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been processeed and left our building you’ll receive a notification with the shipping details. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though.

How do I track my orders?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your account on our website. Tracking numbers are generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind that the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact our customer service (support@7thdimension.world) within 24 hours since order was placed. Please include the order number to ensure accuracy. Please understand that if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you don’t made the order yet, you can simply alter your shipping address by accessing your account (to access it, click here). If you want to change the shipping address of an order that you’ve already made, please keep in mind that is only possible before the order is shipped out – if that is the case, contact our customer service asap. If the order has already been sent, we’re sorry but unfortunately it isn’t possible to change the shipping address.

What if customer entered the wrong address?

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they’re unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you’ll be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you’ll need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to support@7thdimension.world, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

We do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.

Are the products vegan-friendly?

All items on 7thdimension.world are made from cruelty-free materials, therefore, they’re all vegan-friendly.
